On the morning of July 31st, during the first meeting, the company's person in charge reported on the operation of the system, and the inspection team clarified the audit arrangements. Subsequently, the experts reviewed materials related to market information, customer complaint handling, satisfaction surveys, risk response, and quality objectives.
At the final meeting on August 1st, experts highly praised the compliance and effectiveness of the system's operation. They believed that its continuous improvement and distinctive highlights in logistics and transportation quality met the audit criteria, effectively ensuring the achievement of goals, and the certification was approved.
