Subsequently, the basic information of the eligible candidates was introduced, and the candidates recommended themselves in order from the aspects of morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity. Finally, the headquarters and various business units selected 2 outstanding young talent recommendation candidates at the company level and 7 outstanding young talent recommendation candidates at the secondary unit level through anonymous voting, and announced them after the meeting.
